They have been professional, friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would have absolutely no issue in recommending them to anyone. I would 100% recommend Abode Lettings. I dealt with Saskia throughout the whole process from viewing to the signing of my contract and felt supported throughout. Amazing and quick service. Settled the whole letting within a week. Collette was very helpful and they had an amazing property, was upfront about everything and kind in dealing with us. The best comparing to any previous letting agency me and my wife had ever dealt with.

Collette booth has been very cooperative and supportive to us. We had a really short notice to get everything done to move into the property because my husband had to start a new job in Manchester and we had to shift there before the commencement of his job which is why we were really worried about how it is all gonna happen but Collette made it very convenient for us to get into property within our limited time duration. Collette has reponded instantly every time even though she worked overtime even on Saturday to make our move a real charm and full of excitement to be into a new home. 5 star for the agency and for her.

We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Abode. The team are breath of fresh air in the letting/sales industry. Tracy has bags of experience in the industry & great local knowledge of the areas they work in. Collette is also on hand & steadfast in her aproach whenever I send an email or one of our Tennants has an issue. So if you’re looking for a letting agent in Manchester look no further than abode.

Elaine, Collette, Tracy, Paul and all of the abode team have been absolutely lovely. As tenants it's rare that you can find a company that you can trust as much as Abode. They're always a phone call away and happy to help with any issues that pop up, even if it means giving up a bit of their own time, Paul himself has been round to help with some maintenance, which was going above and beyond his role. I have no hesitation in recommending Abode to other landlords. They found me a tenant for one of our properties in Salford several years ago. Got me a better rent than I expected and the tenant has been no trouble at all and is still in there 2 years later. Great Result!
