I’ve previously left reviews for Abode, but again here I am! I seem to have been selected as a minority out of many by Oldham Council regards the Selective License. I live a long way away from my rented house and therefore really wouldn’t know where to start with these issues. I needed to get quite a lot of work done in my Property and in a relatively short period of time! I went to Abode for help, and there they were again, helping beyond anything I could ever expect. The work is now completed, I have a great tenant and she seems happy. Thanks Elaine and Tracy and all at Abode, for yet again coming to my rescue! It really means a great deal. I highly recommend these folks, there aren’t enough stars if I’m honest. Thankyou

As a landlord I cannot rate Abode highly enough! The staff are brilliant, very helpful and responsive and always going above and beyond in terms of their customer service.I have worked with the team for a number of years now and have had a positive experience throughout and can say that the team have worked proactively with me to solve any issues that have arisen prior or during the tenancies in a professional and caring way.If you are looking to let property in the Manchester area then you can entrust the letting to Abode. I can assure you you will not be disappointed!

As a property investor i have used many an agent before and have come to realise that the good ones that really care about property are few and far between. Tracy, Elaine, Paul and the team at Abode are certainly one of the few and have been a great help over the time I've used them. I have been a landlord with abode right from when the company was initially founded, and I would certainly recommend abode to both landlords and tenants. All the staff have always been most pleasant and helpful, and have often come up with innovative solutions to the property problems that have inevitably popped up over the years. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Abode. The team are breath of fresh air in the letting/sales industry. Tracy has bags of experience in the industry & great local knowledge of the areas they work in. Collette is also on hand & steadfast in her aproach whenever I send an email or one of our Tennants has an issue. So if you’re looking for a letting agent in Manchester look no further than abode.

Elaine, Collette, Tracy, Paul and all of the abode team have been absolutely lovely. As tenants it's rare that you can find a company that you can trust as much as Abode. They're always a phone call away and happy to help with any issues that pop up, even if it means giving up a bit of their own time, Paul himself has been round to help with some maintenance, which was going above and beyond his role. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to others looking into renting!

Abode have been consistently patient, and helpful as property managers. They also seem attentive and helpful to tenants' needs and pass them onto the landlord quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have no hesitation in recommending Abode to other landlords. They found me a tenant for one of our properties in Salford several years ago. Got me a better rent than I expected and the tenant has been no trouble at all and is still in there 2 years later. Great Result!
