I rented a lot of property and had to deal with even more management companies. None stand out as brilliantly as Abode Ltd. Collette, in charge of my renewal, has been fast, efficient and friendly. I will definitely recommend Abode to other tenants. It was an excellent experience.

Would not hesitate to recommend Abode, they have been amazing! After 4 months of house hunting we had dealt with a lot of agents and found Abode to be the best. We rented a property through Abode for nearly 4 years. Our time with them has been an absolute delight. Although we are now taking the exciting next step to become homeowners. As a landlord I cannot rate Abode highly enough! The staff are brilliant, very helpful and responsive and always going above and beyond in terms of their customer service. I have worked with the team for a number of years now and have had a positive experience throughout and can say that the team have worked proactively with me to solve any issues that have arisen prior or during the tenancies in a professional and caring way. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Abode. The team are breath of fresh air in the letting/sales industry. Tracy has bags of experience in the industry & great local knowledge of the areas they work in. Collette is also on hand & steadfast in her aproach whenever I send an email or one of our Tennants has an issue. So if you’re looking for a letting agent in Manchester look no further than abode.

Elaine, Collette, Tracy, Paul and all of the abode team have been absolutely lovely. As tenants it's rare that you can find a company that you can trust as much as Abode. They're always a phone call away and happy to help with any issues that pop up, even if it means giving up a bit of their own time, Paul himself has been round to help with some maintenance, which was going above and beyond his role. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to others looking into renting!

I have no hesitation in recommending Abode to other landlords. They found me a tenant for one of our properties in Salford several years ago. Got me a better rent than I expected and the tenant has been no trouble at all and is still in there 2 years later. Great Result!
