Elaine is Abode’s Maintenance Administrator, overseeing the smooth operations of all maintenance tasks across Abode’s properties. She takes the initial call from tenants, logging issues and liaises with landlords and our locally sourced, trusted contractors to complete tasks in timely manners.
She aims to ensure tenants feel truly looked after within their properties, and strives to reduce maintenance stress to a minimum. Her rigorous standards mean only the best locally sourced contractors are used by Abode, to ensure high standards of work are consistently carried out.
Elaine came to Abode from a background of customer service with O2, as well as having her own experience of renovating properties. Combining the best in customer service with her home grown property knowledge guarantees demonstrable and transparent expertise to secure the best result for tenants and landlords.
Outside of Abode, Elaine can be found undertaking one of her own property refurbishment projects, or taking her dog Beckham for walkies!
