Rent Payments

As soon as we receive your rent we send it to you within 24 hours. We check rents from our tenants every other day so that we are on top of chasing late payments. If there is any maintenance that has been carried out then we provide the statements within the month it was finished and deduct the money from the rent and pay the contractor on your behalf. Saving you time and money.

Value For Money

When you work with us we guarantee that you will receive great value for your money. If you don't, then please tell us and we will donate the value of the service to your favourite charity. When you need us the most we'll be there, if you need legal help or help resolving conflicts of interest we will provide ongoing support whilst we are not earning any management fees.
